What to expect on your first visit?
You'll meet with the doctor and explain your symptoms, the doctor will perform an in-depth musculoskeletal or neurological exam based on your symptoms and severity, and most clients will receive treatment on the first visit.
Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?
No. Chiropractors are primary care physicians and no referral is needed.
Can children receive chiropractic care?
Yes, chiropractic care is gentle and very safe for all ages.
I've had prior surgery, can I still receive treatment?
In most cases, yes. I've worked on numerous patients over the years who have had prior neck and back surgery.
I am pregnant, can I receive chiropractic care?
Yes, chiropractic care is gentle and is safe for pregnant women and can actually help you have a better delivery.
How long do I need to see the chiropractor?
We believe in getting clients out of pain, fast! Clients typically come more frequently in the first week or two and as progress is being made the frequency of care is reduced. We will not push long-term treatment plans on you and it will be your decision if you want ongoing chiropractic wellness sessions.
I need to cancel/change an appointment. What is the cancellation policy?
We ask that you do not cancel an appointment within 4 hours. We do not like to charge for a cancellation within 4 hours, but if it repeatedly happens we will. (We do charge a $27.50 no show fee on the 2nd no show/subsequent no shows for myofascial release sessions as these are booked for 30 minutes).
Do I need x-rays?
Most of the time, a client does not need an x-ray. If x-rays are needed, imaging centers are very close by.
I need to get in today, but there are no appointments on online booking. Can I still get in?
Yes, please call, text or email and the provider will get you in.
